Alumni Chelsea Herron Opens Art Store

We love when we get the chance to celebrate our alumni’s hard work and success. Just last month, graduate Chelsea Herron and her husband opened a new art and hobby store in the Lake Wallenpaupack area!

Since graduating from Ani Art Academy Waichulis in 2019, Chelsea Herron has been busy building a family of her own. After putting down roots in the beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack area, Chelsea and her husband, Gerald, often dreamed of owning a shop that combined their passions. They turned that dream into reality by opening GCF Arts & Hobbies in Hawley, PA, in August 2024. The store’s main focus is to foster a community that celebrates creativity and tabletop gaming. GCF Arts & Hobbies offers a diverse selection of miniature models perfect for your favorite dice-based games, high-quality art supplies, and engaging art lessons.

You’ll find renowned brands such as Games Workshop, Winsor & Newton, Trekell, and General’s Charcoal, ensuring you have the best materials to fuel your creativity and gaming adventures. Chelsea has also established her personal art studio within the store, where a variety of art lessons, workshops, and special events are held. Located only 30 miles from the NY/NJ border and 10 miles off I-84. 2591 Route 6 Suite 103 Hawley, PA 18428. @gcf.arts.hobbies. 1-570-229-2205
