ÀNI Artists Take Top Awards in 17th ARC Salon

We are proud to share that three ÀNI Art Academies artists have won top prizes in the 17th ARC Salon competition! The ARC Salon is a highly respected international art competition; this year, they received over 5,000 entries. And in each stage of the competition, the ÀNI Art Academies were well represented. We would like to congratulate our three winners:

H. K. Praneeth Maleesha – “Little Embroiders” Second Place in the Drawing category

Mitchell Bagnas – “Mourning Swan” Honorable Mention in the Drawing category

Maxwell Miller – “The Tale of the Curious Oysters” Honorable Mention in the Still Life category

Maxwell Miller’s piece was also selected for the Fashion Week San Diego award. San Diego Fashion Week partners with the ARC and have selected five artworks. These five pieces will be paired with a FWSD designer who will create a couture outfit inspired by the piece.

This will be an opportunity to promote Contemporary Realism to an audience who might not have seen it otherwise and to expose the Realist Art Movement to top fashion designers in the industry.
