6th Annual ÀNI Art Academies Drawing Competition Winners

ÀNI Art Academies would like to congratulate the winners of our 6th Annual Drawing Competition! A prestigious panel of judges, including Howard Rehs, Patrick Wilshire, Jeannie Wilshire, Kara Lysandra Ross, Anne Hevener, John Manzari, Natalie Featherston, Robert Lange, Megan Aline, and Tim Reynolds, examined each drawing for the qualities that best represent an artist in true command of his or her talent.

We are thrilled to announce that the 1st place winner is awarded to Michael Carson for his drawing, A Hope Once Offered.

2nd place is awarded to I.G. Madhuka Dilshan for his drawing, Vision, and Maxwell Miller for his drawing, Behind the Curtain.

3rd place is awarded to Lakmal Hettiarachchilage for his drawing, Murder INC.

All of the winners will receive an entry into the ARC Salon, as well as an ÀNI Drawing Competition Certificate of Recognition.

Artists receiving honorable mention are (in no particular order) Edward Ewald for the drawing 41; Mitchell Bagnas for the drawing Self; Reydi Garcia Gil, for the drawing Of that Memory; Nimeshika Wilegodage for the drawing Changing Reality; Domingo Antonio Rosario for the drawing Legend, Patricia Alonzo Diaz, for the drawing Light of Life, and Ruchini Wijesinha, for the drawing My Lovely Grandmother. All Honorable Mention recipients will be awarded entry into the ARC Salon.
