Sithum lives in the Udugampala area of Gampaha district and was interested in drawing from an early age and studied art as a subject up to an advanced level during his school days. After that, he turned his attention to creating artwork and photography by engaging in art as a hobby whenever possible. He aspires to draw paintings related to portraits that show people’s emotions and work in a new field by combining drawing and photography. After he got selected to ÀNI Art Academies, Sri Lanka, he believes that with the teaching pattern of the coursework, he can reach a commendable level of art.
