Jeremy Sinsimer

(b. 1986) Jeremy Sinsimer is the President of the ÀNI Art Academies. Born in New Jersey, Jeremy spent his early years moving between the northeastern states of New Jersey and Massachusetts. From a young age, he developed a deep fascination with geography, world cultures, languages, and the natural world—a passion that continues to shape both his personal and professional pursuits.

Jeremy is a lifelong student of language and communication, having studied Spanish, Thai, Arabic, and American Sign Language. His academic background reflects a global and artistic orientation: he holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in darkroom photography from Fordham University in New York City, and also studied Middle Eastern History and Cultures at the American University in Cairo, Egypt.

For the past 15 years, Jeremy has worked in international schools, with a decade spent in leadership roles. His experience includes serving as Principal of the Primary School at Berda Claude International School in Phuket, Thailand, and as Vice Principal at Raffles American School in Bangkok. Throughout these roles, Jeremy has focused on building inclusive, supportive learning environments that celebrate diversity and creativity.

In addition to his work in education, Jeremy has volunteered with a variety of programs focused on sustainability, education, and self-sufficient agriculture in Peru, New Mexico, Egypt, and Thailand. These efforts reflect his core belief that education and community development must go hand in hand.

Jeremy is deeply committed to the idea that art and education are powerful tools for social transformation. He believes that when individuals are given a supportive space to freely practice their craft, they can surpass their own expectations and make meaningful contributions to their communities. He sees ÀNI Art Academies not only as a place of technical excellence but also as a catalyst for personal and social change.

Looking ahead, Jeremy is dedicated to building upon the strong foundations established by ÀNI Art Academies, ensuring that every apprentice is empowered to thrive—both artistically and personally—and to use their talents to enrich the lives of those around them.
