ÀNI Art Academies America
Ines was born in Quito (Light of the Americas), Ecuador. She studied psychology and was surrounded by very talented people, starting with her family. From her mom, she learned cross-stitch, knitting, marzipan, and embossed aluminum. Her dad, who also studied architecture, shared some drawing and painting techniques. Growing up, she was surrounded by artists that she admired and got inspiration from, because of those friendships, she got to play with everyone’s materials while they were working.
Ines loved to paint on books, glass, metal, walls, and everything that she could for fun, but she believed that a person had to be born with a special talent to be an artist. After learning about Ani Art Academies, she felt that she was given the opportunity to learn and understand that this program would give her the skills needed to make herself a great artist and be able to share her immense love for nature, cultural richness, and gratefulness through her art.
