Joe Bushey

(b. 1989) Joe Bushey is a fine art photographer and professor with 18 years of experience and has a passion for creative portraits, street photography, self-portrait work, and documentation. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in photography and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a specialty in photography.

Throughout his career, Joe has worked as a professional photographer in many genres, including, but not limited to, aerial, pinup, street (in both NYC and Las Vegas), portrait, animal, food, and beauty. He also uses social media content creation to teach about photography and LGBTQ+ history through the popular apps Tiktok and Instagram, where he has amassed over 100,000 followers.

Joe currently resides in Scranton, PA, with his husband Matthew and three of the best dogs in the world. When Joe isn’t immersed in his professional endeavors, he and his husband spend their time traveling the world, gardening, and always planning for the future.
