Warren Hall has a passionate desire to create art for posterity. He grew up in Asbury Park, New Jersey, and that is where he resides to this day and is very connected to the local community. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the United States Marine Corps. With a condition of diminishing eyesight, he wants to leave a legacy of love in pictures drawn and painted.
