ÁNI Art Academies Anguilla
(b.2001) Delnecia Carty’s love for art sparked at a young, tendered age as bonding moments with her father. Growing up she was known for being a shy, quiet, and reserved person. Throughout her adolescent days, she never considered letting her hobby become a profession in life until late 2019.
In 2020, soon after graduating from high school; she enrolled in ÁNI Art Academies Anguilla where her inspiration, motivation, and drive for art stems from both positive and negative experiences she encountered in life. “In my opinion art is more than being able to create a piece; every stroke an artist makes has meaning whether it’s to show their vulnerability and sensitive side or how passionate they are about something or to simply share their opinions on a particular topic. Art is the ability to share one’s true raw emotions despite society’s remarks.”
